Acting as director of the Lviv palace of arts Yuri Gnatkovskiy reported such information:
Next year in April-May a large project, the previous name of which is  «Days of Poland art», will pass in the Lviv palace of arts. We plan to display to Lviv inhabitants and guests of city the modern art of Poland. 

From May, 07 2009 (opening at 17:00) to May, 30 2009 in the Lvivart gallery (L.Ukrainka street, 21) take place exhibition of Andrey Smolak painting (Slovakia) under the name «Touches of tenderness» and also presentation of his project the «Drawn equator», or «World chain of the world».

In Tuesday on May, 5 at 17 hour in a gallery «Dzyga» (Virmenska street 35, Lviv) will take place project opening of the young German artists: group «HFBK Hamburg».
An exposition will last to May, 20. A project of the young German artists is experimental and multy-planned, it is full of creative searches. Very interestingly is to compare tendencies in creation of the German students with that, the young artists do in our country.

On occasion of City Day the artistic showroom «Slyvka» («Plum») suggests to enjoy city landscape of Lviv, to dive depth into its centuries-old streets and areas, visiting the exhibition of painting of Sergiy Yarocki «SonceLviv», which opening will take place on May, 5 at 17.00 in the artistic showroom «Slyvka» (Theatralna street, 24).
